High Street

The redevelopment of land either side of the High Street is long overdue and will provide exciting new additions to the shopping scene in Taunton including a new department store and entertainment multiplex. EPF, who have recently invested over £3million in a major upgrade for The Old Market Centre, renamed Orchard, are working with Taunton Deane Borough Council on plans for the wider area.

Coal Orchard

Adjacent to the Brewhouse and on the banks of the River Tone, Coal Orchard will provide additional specialist independent shops, cafes and creative workspaces to complement the provision in St James’ Street, Foundry Road, Riverside Place, the Courtyard and the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre.
