Our Place Your Place Survey

If you visited the shop (to drop in or to participate in any of the events/workshops) we would be most grateful if you could spare 5 minutes to complete a short questionnaire to give us your views. Please note, all replies will be treated in complete confidence.

This will allow the evaluation to provide useful lessons to Taunton and the funders of the project (Museums, Libraries and Archives Council) about the Empty Shops Project, which will be very helpful in designing and delivering future projects in the area.

There is a free prize draw (for £50 of retail vouchers of your choice) that all those who complete the survey can enter. If you wish to be entered into the draw, please complete your details at the end of the survey.

All responses need to be submitted by Monday 19 April 2010.
