Firepool Developer Appointment Imminent
The appointment of a developer for Firepool, the area near the train station including the former livestock market, is imminent.
Firepool will be the new commercial core of Taunton incorporating high quality office and residential developments. It is expected to deliver:
- Approximately 50,000 m² of office space
- Around 400 residential units supported by leisure and retail accommodation
- 3,500-4,000 jobs
