This area of just under 7 hectares and better known to locals as the former livestock market and Priory Bridge Road Car Park, will provide Taunton with superior large scale office development, complemented by riverside homes, leisure facilities and shopping.

Adjoining the Taunton railway station and under 2 hrs commute to London, Firepool is also very easily accessed by road. Two new major road schemes and a Park & Ride at Junction 25 of the M5, promise to make this journey even easier.
